We have the same policy as Amazon.com. Unopened DVDs which are returned to Hole in One Pilates in re-sellable condition are refundable for the full purchase price. Opened DVDs which are returned to us in playable condition will be refunded at 50%. Customer covers shipping both ways. Defective DVDs will be replaced at no charge.
